Welcome to the Imaginal Path.

Hi - I'm so glad you're here.

I’m Liz; I’m a queer psychedelic doula based in the Pacific Northwest. I support folks as they prepare for, move through, and integrate psychedelic experiences. My work is witchy, relational, intuitive, and profoundly queer.

Here, you’ll find grounded, heart-centered support before, during, and after your journey. Together, we co-create a soft and sacred ceremonial container for your process.

Whether you're working with psychedelics to explore your identity, process grief or trauma, reconnect to your sense of direction, or fortify your mind and spirit to navigate this turbulent moment, I’m here to walk with you.

Let's talk

What is a Psychedelic Doula?

Much like a birth or death doula, a psychedelic doula is an abiding presence: a witness, guide, and support as you move through a deeply vulnerable and transformational threshold. My role is to accompany you throughout your preparation, journey, and integration, ensuring that you feel safe, grounded, and supported in your healing process.

Our work together might include mindset exploration, harm reduction education, ceremony planning, somatic tools, or integration coaching. The experience is always tailored to your needs, desires, and way of being.

My Training

I completed my psychedelic doula training with Angela Ward, BSN, RN-NC, CPT, through the Psychedelic Doula Academy, and hold a psychedelic first aid certification from the Neuma Centre. I am also a certified professional coach with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience. My work is trauma-informed, rooted in harm reduction, and queer- and trans-affirming. I am in ongoing supervision and advanced training to deepen my skills.

I believe in the power of community-based healing, and in the joy of sitting in ceremony together. Beyond my formal training, I come to this practice as a witch, a deep empath, and a grown-up version of my inner 90’s rave kid. (That is to say—we do deep healing work here, but we’re never going to take ourselves too seriously!)

How It Works

I provide in-person support for ketamine sessions. You’ll consult with a licensed medical provider who can prescribe ketamine if appropriate, and I’ll support you throughout the process.

All of our work together is consent-based and collaboratively designed.

We work together in three phases:

Preparation

We explore your intentions, your questions, and your hopes for the journey. We build a relationship, discuss medicine safety, and co-create the setting together. This is where we lay the foundation.

Ceremony

I sit with you during your ketamine session, fully present and attuned. I bring music, beauty, softness, and ritual. The ceremony space is co-created—we may include an altar, flowers, light, scent, or nothing at all. If you’re unsure about what you might want, don’t worry; I will support you along the way and always honor your spiritual and bodily sovereignty.

Integration

After the journey, we take time to reflect. What happened? What’s emerging? What wants to be carried forward into your life? Integration might involve trying out new self-care practices, exploring new ideas, or simply sitting with what has shown up.

Safety and Consent

I am not a therapist, doctor, or medical professional. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. My role as a psychedelic doula is to offer presence, care, and support before, during, and after your journey—not to replace clinical care. If you’re currently in crisis or navigating severe mental health challenges, please reach out to a licensed provider.

You will receive your ketamine prescription from a licensed prescriber after a medical consult. I do not supply or recommend any illegal substances.

All of our work is consent-based. That includes consent around touch, ritual, conversation, and the overall design of your experience. Boundaries are honored. Questions are always welcome.

Frequently asked questions

No. All ketamine used in our work together is prescribed by a licensed clinician. I provide support before, during, and after the session, but I do not prescribe or administer medicine.

At-home ketamine is typically administered via lozenge or troche and allows for a more comfortable, personalized setting. Clinical sessions often involve intramuscular or IV administration in a medical office. Both approaches can be powerful, but at-home sessions enable us to co-create a more intentional ceremonial container and bring in more personalized care.

There is also a significant difference in cost; at-home ketamine is a much more accessible option for many people.

You can absolutely have a friend trip-sit for you, but they likely won’t have the same training, capacity, or focus as a doula. I’m here to hold that support structure fully so that you can go inward without worry. With ketamine in particular, your sense of safety and comfort can significantly impact the quality of your journey.

No. I am not a therapist, and our work together is not clinical or diagnostic. I offer coaching, presence, and ceremonial support. However, many therapists are supportive of their clients working with ketamine (your therapist may have sent you to me!), and if you’re interested, I can collaborate with your therapist to support your healing holistically.

Not at all. I center queer and trans care and use a queer lens, but welcome folks of all identities.

Not at all. The experience is yours, and I’ll support you in shaping it to reflect your values and needs. If you want ritual, I’ve got you. If not, our time can be simple and spacious.

That’s totally natural. I offer a free consult so you can ask questions, learn more, and see if this feels like the right fit.

Final Words

Stepping onto the imaginal path means choosing transformation—not the polished, linear kind, but the kind that melts you down and asks who you’re ready to become.

My role is to sit beside you with softness, beauty, reverence, and joy. To tend the threshold and hold the chrysalis while you do what only you can do.
